Between June 1, 2026 and September 30, 2026 (“Promotional Period”), purchase an annual supply of PRECISION1® (eight 90-ct), PRECISION7® (four 27-ct boxes), DAILIES TOTAL1® (eight 90-ct boxes), or TOTAL30® (four 6-ct boxes) contact lenses, in a single transaction, from any eye care provider or authorized retailer location where Alcon contact lenses are sold (“Qualifying Purchase”), submit a valid claim offer form at www.myalcon.com/backtoschool (an “Offer Redemption”), and receive your free gift by mail. Offer claim form must be submitted no later than October 31, 2026.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS: 1. Eligibility & Timing. Make a Qualifying Purchase between June 1, 2026 and September 30, 2026. Purchase date is determined by the date on the sales receipt. Submissions must be made (and postmarked, if by mail) no later than October 31, 2026. 2. Submission Requirements. Each submission must include a valid sales receipt that includes: (i) patient or purchaser name; (ii) Alcon contact lens product purchased; (iii) purchase location; (iv) number of boxes purchased; and (v) date of purchase. 3. Participant Eligibility. Offer is open only to individuals who are at least fourteen (14) years old with a valid U.S. mailing address. Participants who are under the age of majority in their state of residence may participate only with the consent and involvement of a parent or legal guardian, who must review and agree to these Terms and Conditions, consent to the minor’s participation, and complete any required documentation on the minor’s behalf. Employees of Alcon and healthcare providers are not eligible to participate. 4. Offer Limits. Limit of one (1) free gift per person and up to four (4) free gifts per household on Qualifying Purchases during the Promotional Period. If more than four (4) claims are submitted for delivery to the same address only the first four (4) will be fulfilled. 5. Purchase Requirements. Qualifying Purchase must be made in a single transaction. 6. Geographic Scope. Offer valid only in the United States and U.S. Territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, and U.S. Virgin Islands). Void where prohibited by law. 7. Fulfillment. Please allow 4 weeks for delivery of your free gift following receipt and verification of all required documentation. 8. Free Gift Conditions. The free gift has no cash value and cannot be exchanged, transferred, or substituted for any other item. 9. Returns or Exchanges. If a qualifying order is returned, the free gift does not need to be returned. 10. Modification/Termination. Alcon reserves the right to modify, replace, or cancel this promotion at any time, for any reason, to the extent permitted by applicable law. Any such changes will be effective upon posting to this page unless otherwise required by law. 11. Disclaimer of Warranties. The free gift is provided “as is”, without any representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, including, without limitation, any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. 12. Release of Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, participants agree to release and hold harmless Alcon and its affiliates, subsidiaries, parent companies, licensors, advertising and promotional agencies, and their respective officers, directors, shareholders, and employees from and against any and all claims, liabilities, losses, damages, costs, and expenses arising out of or related to the promotion, the free gift, or its use.
