Alcon offers comprehensive service programs to support the productivity and efficiency of your Alcon instrumentation, and subsequently, your business.

Our customers are able to participate in the cost-effective Alcon Partners in Patient Care Program as part of a comprehensive service plan developed to serve Alcon customer needs. Designed to encompass preventive maintenance, emergency on-site repairs, and prompt technical support throughout the United States, Alcon Partners in Patient Care is available to provide you the support where and when you need it most.

The Alcon Partners in Patient Care Program is a cost-effective service and warranty program that enhances the productivity and efficiency of your Alcon instrumentation. Through regular maintenance, in-service training, and on-site emergency service supplied by Alcon Field Engineers, the Alcon Partners in Patient Care Program gives you the advantage you need to better serve your patients.

Contract Programs

Full Service Program - This program covers your instrument for all necessary preventive maintenance service, all emergency calls, travel, labor and parts for the length of the agreement. Included is the added benefit of exchange ultrasonic handpieces at highly discounted pricing. Any handpieces ordered through this program include an additional six-month warranty over our standard exchange handpiece warranty.

Alcon employs more than 100 factory-trained Service Representatives to support Alcon manufactured Cataract, Vitreoretinal, and Refractive systems in the United States. Located in strategic sites throughout the U.S., Alcon is able to provide prompt* and reliable Technical Service support for your Alcon instruments.
