- After your qualifying lens purchase, submit your rebate online at AlconChoice.com or by mail within 60 days.
- Rebate values vary based on whether you are a new or current wearer and the Alcon lenses purchased. Eligibility may also depend on your eye doctor’s participation and the supply size purchased.
- Most rebates apply to annual supply purchases and are issued as a virtual or physical Alcon Prepaid Visa® Card once approved.

- Whether you’re a new or current wearer. New wearers can save up to $250 and current wearers can save up to $200.

How to submit your rebate
1. Buy your lenses from the eye doctor who prescribed them.
Note: If you purchased your contacts from a retailer rather than your eye doctor, please contact the retailer for rebate details.
2. Go to AlconChoice.com and register using your unique rebate code.
3. Upload proof of purchase, including:
- Your sales receipt with eligible products circled
- Your eye exam or fitting receipt
- One UPC code from a purchased box
Submit your claim within 60 days of purchase. Most rebates are processed in 2–6 weeks.

Yes. You can print and complete the Alcon Mail‑In Rebate Redemption Form and send it with the required documentation to the address listed on the form.

It depends, patients who purchase qualifying Alcon contact lenses (DAILIES TOTAL1®, PRECISION1®, TOTAL30®, and PRECISION7® lenses) through MARLO can split their annual supply into two separate orders and still qualify for the Alcon manufacturer rebate, as long as the full 12-month supply is purchased within 60 days of the initial order. If a full annual supply is not purchased right away, MARLO will send a reminder 46 days after the first purchase to complete the order and remain eligible for the rebate.
