Q : How do I register for online contact lens (Vision Care) ordering?

Q : Why haven’t I received email notification that my registration for online contact lens ordering has been established?

A : Processing registrations can take up to two days, however if you would like to contact us, please send an email or give us a call.

Q : When trying to register for contact lens online ordering, the online form will not accept information I have entered. (Account # not valid, invalid email address, enter security questions, etc)

Q : What should I do if I forgot my User ID?

Q : What should I do if I forgot my password or want to change my password?

A : If you are having trouble remembering your password or want to change it, just click the "Forgot Password" link in the login section on myalcon.com. The popup box will ask you for your user ID, and you will be able to create a new password after correctly answering your security question. Or if you prefer, send us an email or give us a call.

Q : How can I change my "Forgot Password" security question and answer?

A : Your "Forgot Password" security question and answer can be viewed and maintained on the "My Profile" page after logging in. If you still have questions or need assistance, please send us an email or give us a call.

Q : I can't place online orders for contact lenses; shopping cart functionality not available.

A : If you are having trouble processing your vision care online order, please send an email or give us a call.

Q : When trying to access the contact lens online ordering site, why won't it display properly, or perform? Why can't I submit?

A : Occasionally connecting to myalcon.com Contact Lens Online Ordering using a "Favorite" or "Bookmark" in your web browser can prevent you from reaching the most up-to-date version of the site. Try typing the full address, www.myalcon.com into your browsers' address bar and see if the page loads correctly.

Q : How can I change my address, phone number or email address?

A : You can change your contact information on the "Account Settings" page. Select the "Request a Change" button in the Account Details Section, enter you changes and select "Update".
